Renewing an Annual Business Filing
The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ (DCCA) Business Registration Division (BREG) received a 2012 Merit Award for its new Annual Business Filing mobile application from the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA).
The new Annual Business Filing mobile app is a modified version of the state’s Business Registration website. It was custom-designed to help filers renew their annual reports with ease using mobile devices. It is one of the first mobile apps in the country for annual renewals and the second mobile app launched by the Business Registration Division of the DCCA. People want to be able to work with the government from their mobile device, whether it’s an iPhone, Android, or tablet, and BREG has made amazing progress in giving people what they want.
